Attorney General Jeff Landry Announces Arrest of Avondale Man on Over 100 Counts of Child Pornography

BATON ROUGE, LA – Attorney General Jeff Landry announced the arrest of Taylor Bourgeois on 100 counts of possessing child pornography and another 10 counts of distributing child pornography.

“My office will continue to do all we can to make our communities safer,” said General Landry. “Our Cyber Crime Unit is aggressively pursuing and arresting people who prey on children. We will work tirelessly to take child predators off our streets.”

Bourgeois, 20, of Avondale, was arrested today on 100 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles and 10 counts of distribution of pornography involving juveniles. The arrest was a result of a joint investigation by Attorney General Jeff Landry’s Cyber Crime Unit, Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, and National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
