NEW ORLEANS, LA –
Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry is encouraging citizens to take part in
several “Night Out Against Crime” events throughout the Greater New Orleans
Region today.
“Tonight’s gatherings are great opportunities to meet law
enforcement officers, share local issues or concerns, and help prevent crime,”
said General Landry. “I encourage those on the Northshore and Southshore to
take advantage of these free, resourceful, and relationship-building activities
as we work together to make our communities safer.”
As they did Sunday night at LSU’s Night Out Against
Crime event, General Landry’s office will provide safety information and
education materials at the following events today:
