General Landry: I am grateful that the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals agreed this murderous pedophile should remain behind bars.

General Landry: Medicaid welfare fraud not only steals from taxpayers but also jeopardizes much-needed services for our State’s most vulnerable. My office and I will continue to work tirelessly to uncover, investigate, and arrest criminals who defraud Medicaid.

General Landry: Crimes against children are some of the most despicable acts imaginable. My office and I will continue doing all we legally can to finding and arresting child predators throughout our State.

General Landry: I encourage the people of our State to get prepared and be aware of potential scams and ways to avoid becoming victims of them.

General Landry: With near unanimous support, the Louisiana House has voted to put politics aside and unify in this constitutionally-sound, state-based solution to cover our neighbors with pre-existing conditions.

General Landry: As our State celebrates Memorial Day, I urge all to remember the reason for this holiday: the brave men and women who died in service to our Country.

If the Governor shares the goals of protecting preexisting healthcare conditions and providing other patient protections should appellate courts uphold the district ruling that the ACA is unconstitutional – he would cast aside divisive Washington-style politics and support this bipartisan effort in the Legislature.
