Attorney General Murrill joins lawsuit against Joe Biden's effort to ban tankless water heaters
Attorney General Liz Murrill joined Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti and a multi-state coalition against the Joe Biden Administration's last-ditch effort banning tankless water heaters.
“For the past four years, President Biden and his bureaucrats in D.C. have pushed to control every aspect of our daily lives. They want to control how you cook your dinner, the way you wash your dishes and your clothes, and so much more. Now - he’s coming for your water heaters just days before President Trump and his Administration get into office. I will always fight against these irrational attacks on families and consumers from D.C. bureaucrats," said Attorney General Liz Murrill.
The lawsuit attempts to halt the Administration's final attempts in its ongoing campaign against consumer appliances.
Tennessee, Georgia and Kansas led the lawsuit.
